The Congress will be held in a representative and renowned building of Yugoslav Film Archive, in the heart of Belgrade. Yugoslav Film Archive is a cultural institution of national importance which is situated on the exceptional premises that meet multifunctional requirements, making it suitable for the organization of a major event, such as the Second International Congress and Exhibition SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE – ENERGY EFFICIENCY with a large number of accompanying programmes and exhibitions. Yugoslav Film Archive is located in the centre of Belgrade, at 1 Uzun Mirkova Street, near Knez Mihailova Street, the main pedestrian zone in Belgrade and Kalemegdan fortress.
It is surrounded by various cultural and tourist attractions, such as Belgrade Philharmonia, the Ethnography Museum, the University of Belgrade rector’s office, Belgrade City Library, the National Theatre, the National Museum and numerous galleries.
